Welcome to The Commissions TOS (Terms of Service)!!If you are wanting to commission me please carefully read through the TOS (Terms of Service) I follow to ensure every commission goes along smoothly and what you're comfortable with!! Be warned I don't stray away from these lists!!By purchasing my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions below. ✦ - Whenever "I", "my", "me", or "original commissioner artist" is used, it is referring to Teapot/ Tea.✦ - Whenever "you", "your", "yours", "owner" is used, it is referring to the design owner.✦ - "Owner" is the person who owns the design.✦ - Whenever "commission art " is used, it is referring to the art that Teapot has been commissioned to draw by the owner, not any additional art made by owner or art commissioned by other artists.

ORIGINAL ARTIST:

✦ - I retain all Intellectual Property copyrights to the official art drawn for the commission.✦ - With permission from the owner, I have the right to use the finished commissioned art for self-promotional purposes. (Example: Using the commissioned art as an example for commission services or design services or portfolio purposes.)✦ - I do not have the right to use the owners original design and the commission art for personal or commercial creative projects or work.

OWNER:

✦ - You cannot claim to have drawn the commission art.✦ - You cannot use the commission art in any commercial work. ( Commercial work means anything that generates income such as but not limited to: prints, merchandise, Patreon, or other subscription based platforms.)✦ - You may use art for personal/private purposes such as role-playing, world-building, writing, and/or non-profit creative projects as long as proper credit is given and linked back to me and my social medias.✦ - You may use the commission art for personal/private purposes for social media. ( Examples include icons, avatars, banners, headers, footers.)✦ - You cannot make any major changes to the commission art. Please ask permission from the original artist about what you'd like to change. In most cases it will be approved, unless it changes the commission so drastically it is no longer along the lines of the original commission.✦ - You may get commissions using the commission art as a reference.

SPECIFIC RULES ON GIFTING:

✦ - You may not resell the commission art.✦ - You may gift the commission art, but from that gift forward that commission art can only be gift-able.
